ECOOP 2026
Mon 29 June - Fri 3 July 2026 Brussels, Belgium

Call for Workshop Proposals

The workshops at ECOOP 2026 bring together academics, industry researchers, and practitioners to discuss ideas, problems, and experiences in on focused groups.

Topics for workshops may include, but are not limited to, the theory, design, implementation, optimization, testing, and analysis of programs and programming languages. In particular, while the OO in ECOOP has traditionally stood for “object-oriented”, these days the scope of ECOOP is much broader and encompasses the Programming Languages field as a whole. All workshops will run on the days prior to the conference (Monday June 29 and Tuesday June 30th).

ECOOP is in cooperation with the ACM. For the Workshops that want to have their proceedings published in the ACM digital library, we will arrange the publication.

To submit a proposal for an ECOOP workshop, please complete the online application form linked below. After submitting, you will receive an automated email confirmation of your submission and, within at most four weeks, a formal response notifying you if the workshop has been accepted for the conference.
